Contemporary Precision
This project was centred around a complete internal renovation, with the standout feature being a striking custom spiral staircase. The staircase was fully bespoke, engineered and installed with meticulous attention to structural integrity and visual balance. The curve of the staircase was precisely aligned to the upper floor opening, demanding high-level coordination between design, fabrication, and installation.
Beyond the staircase, our team undertook a full internal renovation—refinishing walls, updating lighting schemes, and coordinating new flooring to complement the modern aesthetic. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver clean, contemporary spaces with an emphasis on precision and craftsmanship.
