Project Scope: Dry Lining
BSC Construction Group was recently appointed to deliver the full dry lining package for Apex One, a landmark 26-storey development situated in the heart of Nine Elms. As the inaugural phase of the New Covent Garden Market regeneration, Apex One comprises 201 residential units and a two-storey pavilion housing retail and amenity spaces.
Scope of Works
Our contract encompasses comprehensive dry lining services across the development, including:
Installation of internal partitions and wall linings
Suspended ceilings and MF ceiling systems
Fire-rated and acoustic wall systems
Tape and joint finishing
Given the building's proximity to live Northern Line tunnels and its complex structural design, our team will coordinate closely with the main contractor and other trades to ensure precise execution and adherence to stringent safety and quality standards.
Refurbishment of two significant Grade II listed buildings: Vittoria Works (30 - 34 Vittoria Street) and Unity Works (36 - 46 Vittoria Street)
