As the principal fit-out contractor, BSC Construction Group plays a pivotal role in transforming the RC frame structure into a fully functional, modern development. Our team is responsible for the complete internal and external fit-out, covering:
Facade installation, blending durability and aesthetic appeal
Mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems integration
Accurate and high-quality dry lining to meet architectural standards

Project Scope: Fit-out and installation of facade
Angel Way is a development situated directly opposite North Street, adding to the dynamic transformation of Romford’s town centre. With 351 contemporary apartments, 68 hotel rooms, and 11 commercial units, Angel Way introduces a vibrant mix of residential, hospitality, and retail spaces, significantly enhancing the area’s urban appeal.
The project spans over 14,000 square meters and is divided into 3 blocks:

Refurbishment of two significant Grade II listed buildings: Vittoria Works (30 - 34 Vittoria Street) and Unity Works (36 - 46 Vittoria Street)

The Gem & Harry Smith Building, located in Birmingham’s city centre, has been refurbished to create 22 modern apartments while preserving its historical character.
Rising 25 storeys, the development will offer a mix of contemporary apartments designed for modern urban living, just minutes from Battersea Power Station and the new Northern Line extension.
On Romford’s premier pedestrian street, North Street is a standout addition to the local area, featuring a 15 story tower, 98 modern residential units and 6,000 sq ft of retail space.
